Shipping policy
When will you get your order?
- Our processing time is currently 4-5 business days from the time you order.
- All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (Average 2-5 days)
- Please allow 10-14 days for your items to arrive to you.
Although it is possible for our items to arrive to you before 10-14 days, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery dates before this stated timeframe. We work with several local print shops to help us print our apparel, which makes it impossible for us to rush orders.
My item says delivered but I never received it?
In order to solve this problem appropriately, first a case needs to be opened with the USPS. You can do so at this link: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
Once I drop the package off at the post office, it has left my hands. I am happy to help you resolve this matter, but as a small shop, please understand that I cannot refund any order without proof from the USPS that it is lost.
We require that customers contact us within 7 business days of the item being marked as delivered.
Incorrect address
Customers are responsible for adding the correct address to their order. After 5 hours, the address can not be changed.
Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to the customer's error will be shipped back to our printing team in New York.
Once we receive the item back to us, it can be reshipped at the customer's expense. Original shipping and item costs will not be refunded.
